As our Online Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across various channels (PPC, Social, SEO). Your goal is to drive conversions and deliver measurable results for our clients.
What to expect?
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies (PPC, SEO, email, social media) tailored to client goals.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) with a focus on maximizing ROI and conversion rates.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and market analysis to identify new opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, etc.) and generate actionable insights for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports detailing campaign progress, results, and future recommendations for clients.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team on developing compelling ad copy, landing pages, and visual assets.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in the digital marketing landscape and platform algorithms.
- Manage client communication regarding strategy, performance, and campaign adjustments.
Who are we looking for?
- A highly responsible self-starter who takes ownership of assigned tasks and projects.
- A proactive and curious mind eager to learn new digital tools and marketing strategies.
- A detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data and numbers.
- Excellent communication skills in Czech and English (both written and spoken) – essential for client and team collaboration.
- Basic knowledge or strong interest in key online marketing areas (PPC, SEO, Social Media). Previous experience or completed courses are a major plus.
- The desire to grow within a dynamic digital agency environment.
